11 december ChangeIn today's world things can change so fast and the path you are taking can take many different twists and turns. When do you take control of your destination or continue on the path without intervention. I think that everyone has a tolerance level and things go on for many reasons be financial, comfort, skill building, fear. I have worked for a company for 21 years which was a wonderful experience and journey which provided me with many opportunities to grow , learn and provide my expertise and strengths to make a difference and contribute to the company's success. However the threat of lay-off has been apparent and always there for the past 6 years and most recently made inevidable earliest 6/2007. So there you go forced to look at your options and opportunities and check your personal situation and threshold on how you want to proceed. Is it to wait it out and secure you severence, Come to terms with you are done and within less then a year you will be looking for a new job or career. Hmmmmm....can you stomach again the unknown....Well this time around I decided to be incharge of my own destiny and with a bit of fate was able to secure a new career path in my first love...Claims management. Yes there are always trade offs but each person is different and have to make the best decisions that best meets your personal situation and requirements. I will always have a fond memory of my 21 years with this company many things happened during my employment birth of both children, purchase home, many milestones and many promotions providing the ability to successfully create a viable department and resource for the company . The opportunities and ability to strength skills and continue to grow by being able to venture through many different facets of the operations has provided me with a remarkable skill set and experience to take to my next employer. So long to a wonderful time in my life and Hell-0 to a new journey!!!!!!
SUCCESS is a Journey.......Not a Destination!!!!!!!
Never underestimate yourself nor your ability to make a change. A change can be a key to many new opportunities and successes and most importantly a new path with new experiences,trials and tribulations, people, events and maybe a new and even more improved version of yourself.

05 april Dad another Spring without you!Does it ever stop...............the saddness..............longing for you................the change!!! Life is so different without you Will I ever find peace without you in my life Everything feels different Happiness has taken on a different look and feel The pain of losing you hurts emotionally and physically some days seem so dark Time, I find does heal but the pain never goes away Some days are just so hard Spring is in the air saw my first robin, things are starting to bloom, days are longer and brighter, Yankees won their first game. You would be chompin at the bit to play golf, wish you could Mom misses you so much she has been so strong you would be so proud of her. Your son has had a tough road with out his best friend and Dad Your granddaughters are still amazing and miss their hero! Ya they call you their hero! WOW I miss you and find comfort in the fact that you left peacefully and will be there waiting for me when my time comes. Our guardian angel... feel you ... know you are there watching over us!

2. I need fresh air or cool air flow to be comfortable. For instance always have to have a window open with fresh air. If I am in an enclosed space like gym,auditorium, plane I feel much better with when the doors are open or if you can feel air circulating(fresh,cool). One on my most favorite feelings is at the beach with the ocean breeze I feel free and very comfortable.
3.Have to LOTS of ice in my drinks or else I am not very happy. They have to be cold and love to chew ice cubes. Buy ice cubes each week I go grocery shopping must be store bought and not homemade. 4. Extremely clumsy and do everything to fast causing minor accidents and mishapes. 5. Love to have my feet massaged will pay or bribe to get this done. Massages in general are to die for.
6.Hate cruise control. Feel not in control of my vehicle and if I force myself to use it and turn it on I always have to brake because someone always gets in front of me so I have to reset it!
It was a stretch to find 6 things that are strange about me because I am not very routine maybe that is strange. Who knows
